The Thoroughbreds of the 2026 Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event

April 09, 2026

Sorocaima and Buck Davidson. Equisport Photos

Would the Kentucky Three-Day Event be the ‘Best Weekend All Year’ without some Thoroughbred representation? We don’t think so. Get to know some of the Thoroughbreds that will be competing in the 5* and 4* level this week on April 23-26!

Check in on this page to stay updated on ride times, results, and other information about this year’s Thoroughbred entries over the course of the weekend. Thanks to The Jockey Club T.I.P., each horse will have an equineline.com OTTB profile that is FREE for viewing throughout the duration of this event! Find out more about these horses’ bloodlines, careers, and more on their equineline.com profile.

Any changes in the entry list, including scratches, will be indicated on this page. It will be kept up to date throughout the weekend with scores and numbers as they come.
