Molly was born and raised in Maryland. She grew up riding at a local lesson barn and competed in hunter and equitation during high school and college. Her first horse, Captain ignited her passion for Thoroughbreds.
Her interest in the racing industry led her to Kentucky. Molly graduated with a B.S. in Business from the University of Kentucky. Throughout her college career she worked as a groom, administrative assistant, tour guide, and Thoroughbred sales assistant at Hermitage Farm. In her free time, she likes to cook, garden, and hike with her boyfriend and dog. Molly joined the RRP as a Program Assistant in May of 2023 and was promoted to Operations Manager in March of 2025.
