Vendor Booth
Description
Vendor Fair space must be purchased prior to submitting an application. After the purchase is completed applicants will receive a digital application to submit their remaining vendor details and sign the RRP Vendor Fair Agreement. Booth fees include allocated space, two vendor passes, and one wifi code. Vendor spaces sold in 10′ increments will be tented by the contracted tent vendor prior to move-in. Tables, chairs and additional amenities are not included and must be ordered through LEXPO.
Booth pricing per 10′ x 10′ space is as follows:
Business:
$600: early bird special prior to May 25, 2026;
$750: regular rate beginning May 26, 2026
Non-profit:
$488
Non-profits can select a table inside the non-profit tent (shared 10′ x 10′ space or similar).
**Note: non-profit pricing limited to 1 booth location (10×10), additional non-profit booth spaces will be billed at business pricing
