Vendor Booth
Description
Vendor Fair space must be purchased prior to submitting an application. After the purchase is completed applicants will receive a digital application to submit their remaining vendor details and sign the RRP Vendor Fair Agreement. Booth fees include allocated space, 2 vendor passes, and 1 wifi code; tables, chairs and additional amenities are not included and must be ordered through LEXPO.
Booth pricing per 10′ x 10′ space is as follows:
Business:
$600: early bird special prior to May 12, 2025;
$750: regular rate beginning May 13, 2025
Non-profit:
$488
New for 2025, non-profits can select a table inside the non-profit tent (shared 10′ x 10′ space or similar).
**Note: non-profit pricing limited to 1 booth location (10×10), additional non-profit booth spaces will be billed at business pricing
